Good morning! Welcome back to another edition of Insanely Cool Tools… with a new face. I’m Brenda - nice to meet you! 👋

We missed you last week as I was working with Jaisal all week to transition ownership of this newsletter as he is busy working on other exciting projects.

Now we’re all done and I’m thrilled to be sending out this first issue! Although under new ownership, I plan to keep the essence of Insanely Cool Tools the same as you know and love.

However, keep an eye out because I do have some exciting things in the pipeline… Stay tuned!

For now, let’s get back to the usual!

You may or may not have noticed the revamped website. 👀 Here are the Google Chrome extensions I found that helped me create it…

1 / WhatFont — Discover the fonts used on websites effortlessly by hovering over text. Clicking on an element reveals the styles applied, making it super (insanely?) easy uncover the secrets behind beautiful typography.

2 / ColorZilla Color Picker — Get a color reading from any point in your browser, quickly adjust this color and paste it into another program. Great when I was referencing color palettes from other websites. ✨

3 / Image Downloader — Automatically extract and download all visible images from a web page in batches. Browsing a gallery of art or photos… or maybe screenshots of cool tools… and want to save them? This is the most efficient extension.

4 / OneTab — Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs (way too often for me), click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, easily restore them.

What do you think about having themed issues once every week or two (e.g. Chrome extensions, productivity, design)? Feel free to reply to this email if you have thoughts!
